Had an issue with the app not showing anything, but as soon as I left app feed back a rep from universal called me writhing 5 minute, met me at the ride I was on to verify and fix the issue. Great customer service and awesome reaction time. App worked flawlessly after he updated it.

Can't get app to do anything! Getting on Harry Potter attraction. Would love some assistance with this app. Won't allow me to get any information
Easy to navigate

The app is updated and has the new Harry Potter world included on their app. My personal favorite is scheduling what rides I need to go on under itineraries. It keeps you organized which rides have the least time wait to go first. This makes the trip very nice!
App does not stay open

The app looks very clean and very easy to navigate for the first 10 seconds, then after that it closes/crashes. I wouldn't mind if it crashes sometimes, but every time? Ya sorry 1 star from me
Won't stay open

The app won't stay open more than a few seconds. However in airplane mode it stays open. Please fix it soon!
Fix the buying ticket option

This app is very good when it comes to having a virtual map and wait times which are updated constantly! That's great! However when you go onto the tickets slide to purchase tickets/passes it becomes very glitchy and unable to do anything except close the app. Please fix this option I'm a huge Universal Studios Hollywood fan but this app should be updated regularly! Fix and you'll get your 5 stars!

I got i Universal studios a lot and I find this app very helpful. Must get for frequent comers and also very clean app.
