Every time I try to use it I have to reconnect it to my tv. Which half the time it doesn’t do so I’m unable to use it.

I wasn’t able to manually install the roku to my roku tv. I was forced to purchase another app that eventually equaled to the price of ordering the roku replacement remote online.
