The app keeps crashing. I've uninstall and reinstalled the app but it still crashes. My three year old loves sprout too bad the app doesn't work. Disappointed.

The app crashes frequently, particularly when new games/shows are added. My 3 year old is obsessed with diggers and became very excited when he saw the Terrific Trucks game. This game won't load at all, instead crashing the app every time he clicks on it. It's very difficult to explain to a 3 year old that it doesn't work and we can't fix it. Thanks for the tantrums, Sprout!

Crashes and freezes. EXTREMELY frustrating! Such a tease that sprout advertises this constantly on TV...my kids have been begging to install this after seeing the commercials for it on sprout and are now majorly disappointed!

Just downloaded this app for my son. Anytime we touch the screen to select something the app crashes and shuts itself down. Very disappointing. It also really upsets my son. He was really excited to play the games and watch the shows. I hope it is fixed so we can enjoy the app one day.

The newest update did absolutely nothing. My 4 yo still has to hijack my phone if he wants to play terrific trucks. This morning we were watching sunny side up and Emily started to play terrific trucks on the "sprout pad". My son was like hey SHE'S playing terrific trucks on her iPad! All I kept thinking was bulls**t...
App for iPad only crashes soon after slow load

We purchased your Sprout Playground app two days ago and all your app does is load up super super super slowly and then it crashes whenever my kids try to play a game or watch a video. Please fix it or update your app or else I will have to ask for a full refund from iTunes by Monday morning. -Yansan09
Crashes & Game Doesn't Play !

We downloaded on the iPad and it crashes and closes when my child tries to play the game. It works just fine on our phone nut iPad is horrible ! Fix it, this is unacceptable.
