This app works about 1 every 5 attempts. When it doesn't work, it freezes and you have to uninstall it. Garbage!

Great app when it wants to work. I have never had so much trouble with an app on my phone before. I have to delete it and re-download it all the time. Wish it would work a lot better!

Barebones app, it's ok I guess. They need to implement a pin # for login or something like an alias. Who actually has their 9 digit membership number memorized??? Why is that expected?

I cannot recommend this app for conducting any actual transactions, as it requires constant entry of a "Mobile Access Code." While I understand this is for security purposes, having to enter it each time (and having to memorize another code) takes away any and all convenience of using the mobile app. All it is really good for is checking your balances. Your results may be different, but I have now uninstalled this app due to its inconveniences.

For awhile it worked but now after four (4) deletes and reinstalls I cannot exit without deleting the app. Not worth the trouble. Not worth 1 star!!

This app is junk compared to EVERY other bank app I have used including a Credit Union App that I used almost 7 years ago! Sorry UFCU but we (member owned) need to do better than this!
