first its confusing enough that all apps under tm is called unifi. why can't they integrate the apps to include wifi and mobile etc? As if there isn't enough passwords to remember! secondly, i can’t even register my mobile number on the app. so to make payments i hv to go to my bill on email, and click payment from there. what a bl***y waste of time - this app!!
Needs latest iOS in order to update

Opened the app to check data. App prompts to update. Went to App Store. It says need io12 to update. Why must u force ios12 on me? I’m happy with my current iOS and I want to be able to use the app to check my data usage too!!! Pls fix it!
Blocked from using and ask me to update when there isn’t any update!

This app blocked me from using and ask me to update from the App Store. Went to the App Store, refresh and refresh and there is no update available for the app! Please make sure the update is published on the App Store before you show the update prompt and block users from using! Edit 1: Found out TM dropped iOS 10.3.3 compatibility! Please (at least) make it compatible with iOS 10 because many of us are STILL using iPhone 5/5c! Or at least DON'T SHOW the update prompt that block us from using the app when we are on iOS 10.3.3! Edit 2: As of version 2.9.4, the developer has fixed the compatibility and the app is now compatible with iOS 8.0 and up! I believe this will be beneficial for many users with older iPhone out there. Kudos to the developer and keep up with the hard work!
The non responsive app ever

Was trying to register a mobile number through this app, the screen was so slow to respond in every stage, And when go to payment, it never success and only a blank page shown after a century loading!!! I’ve been trying for few weeks and still not able to register successfully, waste of time

the app quite pathetic. a) bila nak isi digit, tekan satu digit, go back to keyboard, change back to digit keyboard and tekan digit lagi.. jenuh laaaaa kalau banyak digit.. b) nak guna online banking utk buat payment (in my case M2U) aja terus stuck. and fpx trasaction failed. worst case tak boleh reapply balik immediately, kena tunggu whole application rejected due to non payment (took few days). ikhlas tak nak offer orang guna ni?
