I didn't have any problems on this app using my iPhone 6 plus. Just put my Camera name, DiD and security code.

I have 3 systems and now after a while working, they are not connecting to the phone app.

The ONLY place this app works is from inside my house, which is also the ONLY place I don't need the app. It will not connect at any other location, which makes remote viewing pointless. I have tried uninstalling & reinstalling but no change. Not even with the update. Everything works great when I'm home but when I want to monitor my house from afar, it will not connect! Very frustrating!!! I too wish I hadn't bought these cameras!!

I have 2 systems. I cannot connect remotely to them. They worked fine for a year and half. Email customer support through their website and they will make a worthless suggestion and close your ticket immediately. Absolute worst customer service I have experienced.

Waste of time, it never connects either on my iPad or iPhone. I don't know how others made it work but it is not user friendly. Take my advice, stay away from this app

This has to be about the worst app ever. Every time it's "Failed to connect." But they are consistent, the PC version is useless also!
