Try searching by keyword or by hexadecimal code point.

One of the few text effects apps that has been updated in the past year. Not only does it convert text in-app, but optionally you can use it as a Unicode keyboard! Unlike its garish rivals, this is quite nice, and works well! I just wanted upside down text. Here is a sentence with all 26 letters of the English alphabet, as an example: ɓop uʍoɹq ʎzɐl ǝɥʇ ɹǝʌo pǝdɯnɾ̣ xoɟ ʞɔı̣nb ǝɥʇ

The app should instruct you on first launch that it is an iOS keyboard which is what I was looking for, but the App Store page makes it seem like this is a text pad to copy and paste from.
