I upgraded to this from the free one and nothing loads except my user name and picture. I’ve deleted it and downloaded it again but still nothing. Complete waste of money and time.
I want my money back.

Purchased this based upon how pleased I was with their other program TweetSponge. Not the same at all. Doesn’t seem to load any information at all into the program on iPhone X, aside from my username and number of followers. Do not recommend buying this program at this time. It is the equivalent of seeing Dr. Pepper as your personal physician.

I used the free version for a good month, then decided to upgrade to paid version. After about a week of using it the app no longer shows any stats. I’ve clicked contact support only to find it misdirecting me to a deleted or unknown twitter account. So here I am now. Don’t purchase this, it will stop working and it seems like the developers don’t care about having a real support contact.
