App will no longer open at all! Please fix!

Recently updated the app and now it will not even open for me. Just crashes immediately before anything at all will load. Please, please fix this! I’m running iOS 15.1 currently.

Was an amazing app, but won’t open after the last update. And clicking on support here it takes me to a page to install app.
Subscriptions don’t transfer between operating systems.

Their policy about not being able to transfer your subscription from android to IOS is very disappointing. I purchased Unfold pro for my business a month before switching operating systems and had no idea my new subscription wouldn’t transfer. Not excited to purchase this twice.

used to be worth it

unfold really used to be worth the money until subscriptions were announced to their users. don’t get me wrong, ofc developers and employees have to make $$$ however if you’re going to charge, at least have your services working properly. i haven’t been able to access my bio.site for a week now (which i pay for) and most templates new are part of the new subscription rather than including in both or none and selling as individual pack. i used to truly love this app and use it every single day for my content. i am no longer keeping my subscription unfortunately.
Too many bugs

Used this a bit when I first got it, monthly subscription cost isn’t bad, liked the templates but something must have happened, it won’t access my camera roll to bring in my own photos so it’s useless to me. Canceling and moving on to a different app
