excessive charge, no customer service?

app glitches and i was charged $21.19! i cancelled on the last day of my free trial, but even so that’s an outrageous amount to charge for a few extra filters. have been trying to contact their customer service, emailed several times because they have no support phone number. it’s been a super frustrating experience and i have yet to receive a response, so i thought i’d try leaving a review.

The fact that you have to get a membership now is stupid and not worth it! I got this app when it wasn’t even required! Why do companies ruin stuff?! This is just a money grab at this point
Easy and serious assistance

So far i’m in love. This app really is helping my put together a strong beautiful story. I’m challenged on these apps all the time and this one is very easy so far. Improvement idea: As I add a new page to the story I just want to select from the same template. If you help me stay in that template folder then I stay focused on the design story and mive faster. But having to reselect the template (i.e. JN1) gives this budding designer too much room to get unfocused. I really need the iPhone mobile and Google play chrome book apps to synch. Please. I really need to make stories offline. Please!!!! Such a big deal. I travel and live in the mountains where wifi doesn’t exist.

I have had this app for over a year. I had multiple stories saved and had purchased different layout packages. Now both of those are missing and a subscription is required! Frustrating!!! I’ll be searching for a different app for my instagram stories.
