Battery depleter.

JLawson2001

Installed and set up one evening. Went to bed with 100% battery...woke up with 65%. Battery normally stays at 100% until morning. Looked at battery usage...35% dedicated to Safari browser. Promptly uninstalled Umbra.

It's from the Dolphin browser!

I wonder how much I can trust this app? It says, "free"?? I wonder for how long?

Best of all (till now)

I tested plenty of the new ad blockers and I must say this one is the best. Can't say it block all ads since I don't know which websites you browse but block ads just like any other content blocker I tested. Why it is better? Because the website loads faster and uses less cpu (I noticed less heat = more battery life). Hope they continue to offer it for free. Interface is a little crap but you just see it once. Thanks to devs!

Works as described, definitely a 5 star app

Easy to use, and actually improves the browsing speed/experience!

This is definitely a 5 stars app, the best ad blocker so far.

The best one I found on App Store and it is free, thanks developers

Works fabulous with iPhone

I like this app. It works great. No whitelist. Only works on Safari. I still use adblocker foe other apps. This does exactly what it says it does. Easy to download and install. I just wish it worked on my iPad! (Not compatible with iPad).

Best Free Safari Adblocker

I'm only giving it a 3 star rating because it doesn't block ad-tracking just the ads themselves. It also has no option to block scripts which is key to me. If you don't want to pay for an Adblocker then this is your best option even if it lacks something as simple as blocking ad-tracking.

Passes My Test

JimmyPasha

I have a rather simple test for ad blockers - load "The Verge". This app passed perfectly. Albeit The Verge is no one's favorite tech site, it is simply unreadable without an ad blocker and, therefore, a great test subject!

Free and works. No whitelist.

This is working great! Sad that there is no option to whitelist sites I enjoy and want to support.
