I love love love this app, but recently I can’t save my images. It just continuously loads when I attempt to download. I can post directly to Instagram and social media just fine, but I can’t simply save the images. It’s a bit frustrating considering I’m paying for the pro version..

I bought the app because, I liked the free version but every time I try to open a gallery photo it crashes!!! Not worth it. Too bad. I really enjoyed your other app.
Boss lady ??
In store app doesn’t work. I can only use one filter. If I could cancel this purchase and get my 4 dollar back I would. Do not waste your time.

These con artists wants me to pay for filters twice under the guise of "Ultrapop Pro".

Just bought this app because the free version of ultrapop says that buying ultrapop pro is the way to unlock everything. Soon found out that it's a complete lie, not only do you pay $2.99 for the pro app but you have to pay it AGAIN to get the other filters. Basically you're spending your money on a slightly different looking app icon as pro has no more than the free version. I want my money back.

I have owned the original version, purchased the extras and all for about a year but had not opened it for a bit. I decided to use it again and imagine my surprise to find that non of the filter packs, including the ones I purchased were no longer loaded. When I tried to download the one that were originally free came down just fine but the ones I purchased wanted payment again. $2.99. I really wanted the pack from the premium pack, so I decided to purchase the Pro version of the app thinking that would include everything. WRONG! Not only could I not download them but it is asking for an activation code that I have not been given. By this time I decided to contact them for support only to find that the support link on their web site does not work. Overall I am throughly PO'ed with this company. Oh, I forgot to mention, the original app had some fun masking options that seem to be gone too.
