Stop hijacking the app with pop-up promos wanting more money

Paid $39.99 for this app and can’t even use it because of stupid pop-up promotions trying to force me to sign up for tutorial courses that cost more money! Not interested - let me go back to using the app. Oh, I can’t, because my only option is “subscribe” and the “cancel” button doesn’t work. Had to turn off my phone and reboot to get past the pop-up promo for guitar courses! Very disappointing that this is what you get for $40 annually!

This app is so great. My favorite use is that you can go in and change up the tab to best suit your style of playing and for your voice. Awesome place fir people that don’t get to play as much as wish.

Hi, there is a lot of good things about this app. But for some reason I have been called on for posting a song called surface pressure from Encanto. There was nothing toxic or racist or anything bad about it. And I can’t fix it I can’t delete the video. There are a lot of videos that haven’t been uploaded for some reason there’s nothing saying that there’s anything wrong with them. Once again there are A lot of great and amazing things about this app. I use it a lot. Teaches me so many songs that I never knew existed. But I think it needs to improve. It is recommended probably one of the best. And I don’t see any way that I can contact the app about my situation. That’s all I have to say. Sincerely. Samantha,

It took about a year, but they finally fixed the user interface when you rearrange a playlist. Thank you, please don’t un-fix that.

I doubt this review will accomplish anything but I’m going to write it anyway. I have been a guitar tabs subscriber for an upwards of five years. I payed to get rid of the ads and it was great. Today I tried to login on a different device using the same email and it wouldn’t login. I tried to reset the email from a device i already had logged in on and i ended up losing the account somehow. UGT used to be fantastic but now its just a money grab and I’m highly disappointed.
