Freezing on playoff holes

Today. This game started freezing on tie breaker playoff holes. Has happened twice in 20 minutes. Cost me 200K?

Hi developers I’m a fan of your games and l found this game so l download it at it was fun but l realized that the silver golf bag was only giving me 10 coins and the pin golf bag was only giving 90 coins and l couldn’t play golf because there were int enough coins to play and also l found another game called golf battle and it was fun also but it had a 100 coin offer for free every 3 hours can you put that to this game please l will love that,thanks. One more problem l think the game is unfair because look when l about to putt the ball to the hole the screen turns black and says that my opponent won and l wasted coins for nothing and the rough the rough when l do a ultimate shot l land on the rough and my opponent does a great shoot he lands on the fairway l mean the ultimate shot should land on the fair way then l land on the rough and l missed to putt for birdie and l also missed to putt for par and l end putting for bogey and my opponent wins because he or she got birdie or par and tournaments and tours are so expensive like 100 200 or even 1000 and l wasted coins for nothing and lose trophies ? l blame the creators for making the game stupid dumb and mostly UNFAIR l will give the creators 1 month and 1 week to get the unfair things l told in the review of the game should be fixed by December 10 2020 or l will delete the game.Thank you if get this things of the game.
Can’t putt from the fringe

You should be able to putt from the fringe of the green!!! If the ball barely hits the fringe it forces you to pitch it back with a club. In real life, we putt from the fringe. This has cost me to loose several holes where I would have sunk putts from the fringe! I feel frustrated and don’t really feel like playing this game anymore.
