Workout titles have different exercises in the actual plan. It lists triceps, but has exercises for forearms. There are numerous examples of this. What could have been a nice app, failed.
I really which the exercises would coincide with what is labeled. Also, you use to get an audible alarm when your rest period was up. Would like to see that brought back. And you use to be able to hold down on an exercise and swap it out with a different exercise but still work the same body part that way you weren't doing the exact same exercises week after week. You also cannot check the circle beside the day to show completed, only allows you to check the circle for the week. Other than these few minor fixes this is a great app for sticking to a solid routine and actually get results.
