Canceled my subscription

The only reason I paid for this app was to search a fighter and be able to watch all of there fights. New update does not allow this. I have no idea why the update would prevent you from doing that.

Please change it back to the old format. The new update is hard to navigate and doesn't make sense.

This app went from OK to horrible with this redesign. Navigation is non existent. As a late comer to UFC I enjoy going back and watching a fighters history in the octagon. The one reason I have the subscription is so that I can see a fighters fight history laid out like a season. One fight after another. Before the update I was about to do this really easily on my phone and iPad but not on Xbox and TV. This worked well enough because I still had a reference point and timeline of the fights. Now I can’t event find the fighters info let alone their fight history. Searches lead to massive overload of information I’m not searching for. meanwhile the fights are buried. I’m not sure how this failed so bad considering how well UFC is doing. Do better please.

I used to love using this app sadly you ruined it by taking away such a simple thing like a search tool. Add a search tool and I’ll keep paying to be honest that’s my biggest problem.

Just another company that takes your money and runs. Zero customer service. I canceled my subscription like others. Recommend streaming sites and watch the bootlegs. Better quality and even better customer service!

Older versions were much better organized, especially if you’re wanting to follow certain fighters and rewatch all their fights.

With all due respect to the UFC and the good people who designed the app, what they’re doing here is unconventional and makes no sense at all. Why are we following fighters when there is no feed for each individual fighter? I don’t even bother to follow fighters anymore as nothing comes from it. How about a proper news feed that is more user friendly and truly shows who you follow and receive updates on? Why are all of their fights seemingly gone? I’m not always trying to sit down for 2 and a half hours to watch whole events, or skip through anything to get to the fight I want to see. The way it was before was very nice. You go to a profile, you look for the one fight you want to see and there it is, right in their profile. Easy as that. Now when I go to a fighters profile all I have access to are “latest videos”, a lot of which are UFC embedded and press conferences? Seriously? I’m not paying $10 a month to go on the UFC app and watch press conferences or embedded from the fighters profiles. I’m paying to see the action. I LOVE the UFC and their fighters, but the organization of videos is so wack and I’m really having a hard time finding those specific fights I want to see. They should all be back on their profiles where they belong, and there should be an option for watching entire events. Make it worth our money. Organize better. Makes no sense to have things this way. Software guy at UFC, you gotta take care of this. Don’t be scared homie.

Substandard content/bad customer support.

I downloaded the app hoping to get access great content. Unfortunately, this app doesn’t offer much. You can’t watch fight nights or PPV. I canceled my subscription a few days after purchase. The app continued to charge my card for two months until I was finally able to cancel my subscription. Customer support refused to refund my money even though I only logged onto the app once. This is a terrible app with even worse customer service. I’d give it 0 stars if I could.

Very Poor New Update

I never write reviews, but this one deserves it. I enjoyed this app for watching old matches, until the current update. The new interface is counterintuitive and the fighters that I want to watch aren’t even listed under the athletes section. Instead, I have to manually search for fighters, then the search results are not in a logical order. The current update tried way too hard to look good but failed at delivering a quality interface. If this isn’t corrected soon, I will be forced to cancel my subscription.
