A great, simple application for taking credit cards

I used to take credit cards from my customers by hand and then type them into the computer when I got him. now I can take the credit cards right there at the booth. really easy to use and straightforward. I've run over 20 transactions so far and love it!

after comparing this to the other apps out there, I chose this one because of the low rates. amazed that I can start accepting credit cards so quickly. took only a day to get my new merchant account and start using iterminal. applied merchant was very professional and led me through the process of taking my business to the next level!

this is a must-have app for business owners. just got my merchant account and finished the setup. The guys at Applied Merchant were very helpful and easy to deal with. I've been shopping around for a while and I'm glad I waited. I've seen cheaper rates and fees, but I didn't feel very confident about some of those companies. Anyway, I ran my first couple credit card transactions tonight using iTerminal and my customers were very impressed. I checked the full details from my Authorize.net web login and everything worked like a charm. Love this app! I rarely write reviews...but felt like I should share my experience. I highly recommend getting this.

I really like this product - the design seems fantastic, and especially appreciated is how quick the whole thing seems to use. Deciding right now between free and pay versions of their similar product but friends recommendations seem right here, pretty solid and I am excited to soon take credit cards

I paid a lot for this app that is now given away free. Then, after a long application process I was denied a merchant account, rendering the app useless to me. I want my money back!!!!

This application is well designed,lightening fast, and a real marketing tool for smart business people. One of the most compelling features is the inventory list. Once you create an item, you just tap it and the product description and the price appear. It take about a minute or two to create an item. The signature capture feature allows you to protect yourself against unwarranted chargebacks. With the card swipe adapter, mobile professionals may be able to reduce merchant fees by as much as 33%. The phone support was effective. The set up process is buggy. You get error messages that are incorrect. By ignoring the error message, the actual set up is straightforward. In my case, I have No! additional fees for using the service. I'm both a software developer and a merchant service provider. I use the software for my own business. I've already recommended this app to my own clients. The only reason this is not 5 stars is the difficult set up process. I've used it on both my iPhone and my iPad. The interface design is very well done, intuitive, and user friendly. Hank Shrier
