The app also provides basic info about discovered Ubiquiti devices (IP address, MAC address, firmware version) and links to our other iOS apps which you can download and use for free in order to manage those devices.
UniFi devices that have been adopted by a controller that is currently running will not be discovered.

My entire network is Ubiquiti gear. Two unifi switches, cloud key, three unifi access points, unifi nvr, G3 cameras, etc. This app discovered one camera and the nvr. Pretty pointless.

Great idea but not work I have full unifi system. USG 16 port Switch cloud key and Unifi AC AP and the app don't founding nothing

Literally useless trash for everyone with a controller or a CloudKey, as there's no support it. This company is more razzle & dazzle than it's own features & products actually working. I don't usually write reviews, but felt I had to after how horrible this conpany treats its customers

So many bad reviews about the app not finding devices but I’ve had no issues. Something I thing people don’t realize is the app may NOT find devices that are being managed by an active unifi controller but will find them no problem if the controller is offline or if the devices have not yet been adopted.. Keep up the good work Ubiquiti!
Great app - read the description if it ‘doesn’t work’. Works great!

Love it - as long as the active controller isn’t running I can use the app to do upgrades and other actions. I’m about ready to just reset my APs and adopt them with this app instead. Thanks ubiquity!
