Screen alignment is Off!

I purchased this app., years ago and it worked fine for the most part. Suddenly, after last few iOS updates, the alignment of banner is completely off. It doesn’t fit a square for IG properly and there is a large blank white rectangle on the screen that was never there before, which is also throwing off the alignment of any photo I use. I reached out to customer service but no one replied. I reinstalled a few times. This is a glitch! Will have to Delete app., permanently if it’s not fixed soon!
