I put in my office365 account and it seems to add two accounts. Not sure what is going on.


What happened to clustering?!?

My favorite feature of this app and Bluemail was the clustering of emails from the same address so that I could easily tap on the avatar and find/delete a large group of emails from the same person/business. Now I can't find that feature anywhere on here or Bluemail!!! I use this app on my iPhone and my Android device, but without the clustering I really have no reason to use it. On the app page in the app store, it still shows that both apps have the clustering feature but I CANNOT seem to find how to turn it on anywhere! Please bring it back!

I used to love this app. It it’s constant freezing while trying to sync emails for a gmail server... it shouldn’t be this hard to read email. I’d look elsewhere and pay another company that’s improving and resolving issues your hard earned money.


What is up with TypeApp these days??

I’ve been a long time user of TypeApp but recently it’s been acting all wrong. I delete emails and they keep coming back. I’ve changed every sync option I could to see what will fix it, but nothing seems to work now. What am I not getting about this? It’s now taking a long time to download emails, too. I tried to contact via the send feedback feature but it won’t populate the contact field. Did your last fix actually create a new bug?? Help!!! I don’t want to have to get rid it TypeApp but if it can’t go back to the great way it used to work then I’ll probably have to! I hope you see this soon!

Update March 23 2018 - WHERE DID THE CLUSTERING FUNCTION GO? IT DISAPPEARED FROM IOS?!?!?! ——- That's the only email program I've come across on a mobile device that actually helped me get organized. Clustering is email conversation grouping 2.0 and is really helpful. In top of that the extensive features (like read receipt, custom account colors and customizable menus) make it a top notch email app. Only concern is speed. It runs smoothly on iPhone 7 but really weighs down my Mediatek 6735 based Android entry level phone.

The main reason I redownloaded this app is because it used to do clusters. Now that feature is gone, even though the help feature says differently? WTH?! Put the clusters back (for real, this time) or you will permanently lose a customer! So mad at the developers!!!????

Been using TypeApp for years. I don't know what they wanted to accomplish with the update, but it sure didn't work. Emails show up hours late if at all, manually syncing has little to no effect, and emails that have previously been moved or deleted randomly come back to the inbox.

Having a hard time deleting emails! Keeps reappearing right after I swipe down to sync. It’s annoying. Also how can I change the font size? It is too small for my eyes. Emails take a long time to load. Searching for emails takes a long time to load. What did you guys do? Can you fix it? Thaaaaaannnkks k bai. Also when you swipe to see all your accounts on the side, why did you guys change that? Before it was more intuitive to have it in the same area with the colored dots instead of opening a new plain window. Ugh. #frustrated Update: Had to delete the app. Was my favorite for years but now I cannot seem to get my emails to sync anymore (gmail, yahoo, outlook). Horrible update.

First it stopped deleting emails. Now it won’t sync. Haven’t received new emails for three days. Had to use webmail via the browser. Better testing of your updates would help!
