This is great. Especially for festival season. Just one thing I think would be great is if someone were to use the app and it notified anyone else with the app on the same frequency when their app isn’t in the background. You get it? So if I wasn’t using it but someone wanted to talk to me on my frequency I’d get a notification saying someone’s using the app or something like that... I guess that’s like integrating contacts. Either way this has helped me out so much. Thanks for this!!

This is working well. It requires all users to have the app “open” in the background. Haven’t been able to figure out how to make it open when called by someone unless it is running already. It also requires users to put a bullseye on the map where your group is located. That is a one time deal and no worries. Everyone in your group has to select a common operating “channel” which is a number you choose. Very simple and just a one time deal. Pretty good app Would hope in the future that it can tell you there is traffic with an alert so you can open the app if you are called.

This app is great. Except that my family have moved about 8 hrs away and we have reset to a frequency that is not being used and we are both set to the same city and it does not work. Any help?

Great app, some reviews say its 1 star material because strangers have access to your conversations, their is a solution. the app starts at the default channel 000000 all you have to do it tap the keypad button in the top left and type a random number or something complicated that you can remember (I use my birthdate). Just have your friends type in the same number as you and than only people who know the number can be included in your conversation.?
