Fails on upload

It's linked to my Twitter profile, I see my current profile pic. I add the badge and then could the upload button and after about 30 seconds it prompts me with a message that it failed. It then acts like it's still trying to upload but never does. I hope the developer fixes it.

Downloaded this just to see if it actually worked and I didn't like the badge so I got rid of it. It didn't even ask me and they tweeted that I used the app without asking me! Don't use this app!!!! It's garbage.
