# What is TWiT?
Live tech news streaming 24/7.
TWiT is the best technology news network online. Every show is streamed live, for free, over the Internet 24 hours a day; they never turn the stream off.
TWiT started when TechTV was bought and slowly dismantled. Hosts of popular shows, such The Screen Savers and Call For Help, left to form their own podcast back in 2005.
Today, TWiT hosts a large number of shows live and on-demand, living the original dream of TechTV. All broadcast from Petaluma, California in their million dollar studio.
If it happens in tech, it happens on TWiT.

Won’t work with my current version of IOS. New phone and can’t download it because it is not compatible with 13.4.1 I so hate using TuneIn Pro but what’s a bro to do?

I really like this app for watching TWiT. Seems to work much better than the others out there. It's clean, easy, and doesn't crash. I dig the chat laid over the video feature too. A big thumbs up to the devs ?

New version twit pro does not work

I upgraded to the pro version and the icons are left blank thus it's a useless app!
Works great on my iphone 5...

You have to buy it again if you upgraded to IOS 7. At least I did and it works great. Love the new look!
Crashes, iCloud sync doesn't work, stick to the old version

I'm going back to the original app. iCloud sync does not work, nor does the app save where you left off like in the classic version. Crashes when scrubbing or trying to advance the marker. Super disappointed.
Unusable.
