The app requires a sign-in that does not use your iPhone's saved twitter accounts, so if you have a complicated password like rH$hI-q77P% that you had 1 Password generate for you, good luck typing it in right the first time. And then every user actually just shows a page saying "this page does not exist" or something. None of it useful for finding users you would actually want to follow.
