The twitter app won me back!

I love tweetbot, the way that it’s chronological, ad-less, number of tweets missed, and a lot of the general functionality. However, things the twitter app have implemented (website previews, adding gifs natively, polls) are slow to be implemented in this app, which means they’ll probably make a new tweetbot and ask for more money, but even then, twitter has won me back.

The nearby function is broken and there seems to be no adjustments available.

Customer support was as warm as a soggy Caesar salad. The UI is neat but two major things the stock Twitter client has? You can quickly get to the top of your feed. This app is scroll city. And any user you want to be notified has tweeted? Not supported. That’s pretty lame.
Notifications missed constantly

Not sure why this is, I’ve turned on all settings to allow the app to do it’s thing. I miss a lot of vital notifications, so I’m going back to Twitter sadly.
A wonderful Twitter Client

I love the interface for this so much. It's more slick and more fluid than the original Twitter app, and there is a lot you can do in it, which makes it more enjoyable. The only thing I would love added to it, is the ability to download Gifs that you find. I know it's not a feature available on the original Twitter app, but it would be a wonderful feature that other android Twitter interfaces use, such as Gravity. All in all, it's a wonderful app to use.

Well, it was a good little app, but their updates caused it to be buggy more often than functional. Finally had to delete it and go back to the original Twitter app.
Needs to improve more quickly

This app works great and would be a recommendation 6 months or a year ago. But now, it's still lacking features like scheduled dark mode and a true black mode for OLED displays and custom icons. Twitteriffic offers a ton more customization right now, but if tweetbot could just push out smaller updates like these, I'd switch back over in a heartbeat.

I wish there had been a trial. No notifications, was the big killer for me. Oh well, enjoy the $5. On the positive, videos actually play and don't pause at 6 seconds like on the official Twitter app.
The only Twitter client worth using, but for one feature

Get this app. Use it and be delighted. It’s the best. It’s how Twitter ought to be. Well, almost. It’s a solid 99%. The one missing feature is GIF integration. When you want to say it with a GIF, the only way to do it is if you have it in your photos. GIPHY integration or something similar would push this app from 99% to 100% satisfaction in my book. (Twitter polls also don’t work, but that’s no big deal for me.) Even without that improvement, it’s still the only Twitter client worth using.
