I was searching for an app to wipe out all my tweets that mentioned my Ex-boyfriends name and I found Tweetcleaner. I just typed his name and all tweets that mentioned him were gone! So easy and worth it!
Doesn't work as advertised

The app claims that it can search all your tweets. I tried to go back a few months, and it cleanly can only show a fixed number (the 3200 that Twitter allows you to access). This app cannot search and delete older tweets.

I completely agree with kirkmc below, you can only go down to the '3,200 previous tweet cap' but nothing further than that which completely ruins the idea of the app in the first place. I'd just rather make a new account then pay $2 for something that can't do something that I thought I was paying for. I'm sure something can be done about this I've emailed the devs a few days ago but still no response. Hopefully they do something about this cause it's really irritating to be able to delete something that I could've done on my own at the 3,200 limit instead of my older tweets from a while back.
