STUDIO RUNDOWN & TIMER
Time is of the essence in live situations, so we have entered a lot of shortcuts in our coding to make entering times very quick. There are no dials, just touch the time area and enter new time. No need to enter 2 numbers either, for eg. 05 for 5 secs. Just enter 5 and it will automatically add the 0.
You can either store a time in the rundown on the left or if a new item has suddenly arrived, just enter the time directly into the timer and press start.
A colour change in the timer numbers will alert you when timer reaches 30secs (blue) and then 15secs (red).
Rundown is automatically saved. So will remain there until you delete it.
SPLIT VIEW MODE (for all ipads and most iphones in landscape view).
Keep an eye on your rundown in split view mode, displaying the timer counting down on the right with your rundown on the left.
Easily update your rundown by re-ordering rows, adding new items and deleting rows with one quick swipe. All whist keeping an eye on the timer counting down.
Perfect app for last minute changes in live situations.
TX MODE
When you send a time to the timer, using the TX button on the rundown row, that puts the app into TX Mode.
Whilst in TX Mode, the corresponding row in the rundown will become locked. You cannot delete or re-order this row.
You also cannot send another time to timer.
This is to prevent accidentally deleting the timer whilst counting down in live situations.
You will need to first stop the current TX timer and then make adjustments.
REHEARSAL TIMINGS
We have added a very clever Quick Time Save feature.
Slide the button to Stopwatch mode in timer to set to counting up.
Press Start to commence stopwatch at beginning of rehearsal.
During rehearsal press 'Save' button when your reach certain hitmarks.
This automatically saves the current timing into the bottom of the rundown.
Timer continues so you can constantly save unlimited amount of times.
Whilst it is still counting up, just click on the saved times and edit to input a description for that time.
This is very handy for Producers to keep track of timings in rehearsals to how they reflect the rundown.
FILM SHOT LIST DURATIONS.
Keep track of durations for various shots during a film shoot.
Slide the button to Stopwatch mode in timer to set to counting up.
After each take press 'Save' button.
This will automatically save the time to the rundown list.
Edit this saved time with a shot description.
Instantly see at a glance Master Shot durations for different scenes, to help with calculating overall durations.
