Using TVOut Genie is very simple and intuitive. You simply choose the widget you like to share on the external screen or TV and turn on the projection. Then simply use the widget.
Built-in widgets:
- Documents (Pages, Numbers, KeyNote, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PDF, HTML, Text)
- Web browser (includes bookmarks and auto-search)
- Map (with satellite and hybrid options as well as home button)
- Text editor for notes (with font sizes and e-mail)
- Photo browser
Note: TVOut Genie must be granted access to the location services since photos have location information embedded in them
To do that, go to Device settings, turn on Location Services, then turn on TVOut Genie's entry.

- Camera (on a device with a camera)
AirPlay supports multiple AirPlay-enabled devices and even if the device can not be detected you can still use the IP address.

Works ok using cables but can't get it to work with apple tv (gen 2) When I turn on "TV out" it ask for a user name and password for an IP adddress. I don't know what it is looking for. Can't find a web site to help me.
False Advertising!!!

I was really looking for this to be what my Apple TV lacked which was true mirroring. I was able to get it to work, however it kept flickering in-and-out. When I scrolled thru a document, shifted pics, or zoomed in on maps, the app flickered and dropped out. Very annoying to say the least. This is limited to what programs can be used and just drops out and requires to exit out and start app back up. Sad to see a good ideal have so many flaws. MAJOR UPDATE PLEASE..!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have an iph4. as soon as I upgraded to IOS 5 it does not recognize my tv. Frustrating, very frustrating...

This app does not work!! The picture doesn't even pop up on the tv..smh and when it does it's only for one second!! This is the worst app ever can I get a refund? Money wasted!! Don't bye this app please save your money.
