I’ve tried for two hours to connect I have both on the same 5g and will not connect. Totally wasted $19 for life time. Worst app ever.

Might as well charge for the app. Can’t do nothing without a million ads than to top it off they shut off all l the features suddenly

This is a terrible app with bad user interface - pop ups to download or buy service at Ali it’s every click. the Roku app works as a remote and does jot have annoying pop ups-

Would be good but even after a short period of use nearly every button does nothing but bring up a screen to pay for a $25/yr subscription. Worse than useless!

I originally got this app as a placeholder for my remote control that was being sent to me in the mail. First of all, I think it’s ridiculous to have to pay for features like pausing, playing, and fast-forwarding. However, it cost me $5 for a month so I went ahead and paid for it since my replacement remote would be here within that time frame. Firstly, the app often doesn't register buttons I tap despite saying that the remote is definitely connected to my TV. Sometimes it will only register the pause and play buttons, but no other ones. I CONSTANTLY have to completely quit the app and reopen and reconnect the app to my TV in order to have any kind of consistent playback experience. This happens multiple times during one sitting of a show or series especially if I leave the app idle. I’ll find myself being unable to rewind to revisit something I didn’t hear or understand fully within a show. Now I would have no problem with this if I didn’t have to pay money for this service. This app is not worth any amount of money if it’s unreliable and full of easy-to-fix bugs. Fortunately I’m only out $5, but I am literally so frustrated with this app and the notion that you need to watch an ad on your phone in order to switch from Netflix to hulu to the point that I felt it was my duty to write this review. This is my first and only review of any app on the App Store. I’ve never had trouble with the roku remote apps (not to mention they’re actually FREE) but I unfortunately am using a smart TV and not a roku. Do yourself a favor and just buy a universal remote or pay to replace the remote your TV originally came with.

You can get a TV remote for $20 from Walmart or you can pay $20 and not have access to changing your input from HDMI one to two. Nothing along this app is anything like the remote besides the fact that they’re click baiting you with a bunch of advertisements like a crappy company.
