Great but is lacking iPad support

Great app, very helpful but I am using it on my iPad and it is formatted for iPhone so it will not fill the whole screen. Because of that typing is difficult.

Absolutely love how everything is organized. I can find my messages and written lessons with ease and it never has issues. Sending a request is easy as 1...2..3. Best tutoring experience I've ever had!

1. Chegg needs to make use of this app more. This includes showing new tutoring opportunities on the app. People are on their phones more in this age. That's a fact. 2. Tutor/student relationships on the site need to be improved. This includes making this silly "one message until the student replies" obsolete on this app.

It's not bad until you get to where you start a lesson. Then to start it they want your card information. Which I get because they have to pay the tutors, but if I'm supposed to get a 30 minute free trial why do I have to put in my card information to even be able to try it out?

Error where dismissed notifications stick and the app has a red #1 badge app icon. Even though their are zero messages or notifications.
Mobile app needs an update

The desktop site is great but the mobile app is in need of an upgrade. The tutors should be able to find opportunites to tutor while on the mobile app instead of only on the desktop site. It will be more convenient for everyone that way. This way tutors will be available more often.
