Not So Good.

Great, easy to understand recipes but after a few minutes scanning recipes the app requires you to upgrade before going further.

There is only a sparse number of recipes. Expected many more.

Decent Recipes, but . . .
CocoCocoNutt

Changed app settings to US units. Can view in US units, but prints in Metric units. Could use more recipes, but what is there is of a good variety and contain easy-to-understand instructions.

Access recipes? WHAT recipes!

All I can see (without spending for the upgrade) are the recipe cards. The moment I click a card to view ANY recipe, I get an “Upgrade to Pro” notification. Every. Single. Time. I don’t think I want to chance my $8.99 on just pictures.

Good recipes with very helpful videos

Love that there are videos — it’s often very helpful to visualize the recipe. The full in-app purchase is a reasonable 4.00$

I have been waiting for this as he catered for us in Tuscany and I took one of his classes, there are several recipes I am looking forward to making. Everything was great that he prepared. My only problem is that I can't get any sound. Does anyone else have this problem?

I have met Alessandro, eaten his food and had several cooking lessons from him. He is engaging, knowledgeable and very professional. His recipes are carefully constructed with detailed instructions to be helpful to novices in Italian cooking. He carefully chooses recipes that have broad appeal, capture the unique Italian cuisine and are reasonably easy to construct. I have had the app for some time and have made many of the dishes. All were wonderful but I particularly like the almond cake. I watched him make it in Italy and came right back and made one myself with this recipe and it was just the same…and delicious. The videos for each recipe are a great help and fun to watch and listen to. They makes this app particularly useful for new cooks. You can listen to him and watch as he makes it right beside you!! It's particularly helpful when you are learning to make the pastas. His gnocchi is outstanding!

Great First Try

We tried the tomato chicken recipe and found it to be simple and delightful. The app is nicely designed with beautiful photos, instructive videos and a clean, pleasant look and feel. There are some spelling errors. The one major improvement we would like to see is the ability to print to an AirPrint printer. Thank you so much for this wonderful experience. DHC
