This is a nice IRC client however after upgrading to iOS 7 the typing bar intermittently displays at the bottom of the page. Sometime when I open up the app it is there and sometimes it isn't. Very annoying.

won't keep login id/pw times out after 2 minutes barely useful, back to drawingboard! please learn programming and design first. first off, broadcasts your IP address.

This program is Junk. Closes if you have it in the background for more than 10 minutes. After it closes whatever you have downloaded disappears and cannot be resumed. Waste of three dollars. Bottom line if you want to download from IRC you have to use your desktop computer.

This is a good app. Easy to use, straight forward design. The timeout issue is a problem, though. If I am chatting and get an email I need to answer, I have to check back in regularly or lose the entire conversation; it is frustrating to be thinking about an email and need to disrupt my flow of thought to tend to a program. The other time it is a problem is when someone in chat links a video or article, and before I realize what happened, the program is logged off. It is a big enough problem that I am looking for a different program to use, which is too bad because I really enjoy using this one, but cannot keep losing conversations because I need to multitask.

The amount of ignorance in these reviews is massive. What do you people not understand about the limitations of iOS? If you have that big of a problem with the 10-minute timeout, GET A NEW DEVICE that's not an Apple product! There is NOTHING HE CAN DO about the timeout! Go complain to Apple about their flawed operating system, don't take it out on this poor software developer. That said, this app is incredibly effective for casual chat on an IRC network, and the functions provided work well. All in all, I'm more than satisfied with this app, and I apologize to the developer for the ignorance of my fellow reviewers.

This is a hopelessly incomplete piece of software. Want to connect to undernet? You are out of luck. Sure, you Cavan create a new server entry but the settings for it gives no option for setting the most important values: server location and server name. Make a mistake? You can't remove the bad server from the list. This is just for starts. What was the programmer thinking?

I like the format and features, but it never wants to resume after I've switched to another app and back.
