I accidentally put the wrong phone number in the send to field. There is no option to cancel and edit a phone number during the fax send. I finally resent after it aborted, but it was frustrated and is not in FAQ’s.

I have used this app a lot it is very reliable and easy to use. It has saved me many trips to the store. It would have 5 stars if I could name my faxes so I could better keep track of them. I’m glad I have it!
Pages purchased don’t show up

Was charged multiple times for pages but don’t show up. Cannot “qualify” for refund and no one to contact. I guess good when it works but doesn’t seem to all the time

This app is so convenient to use 24/7 I used to be in rush and so worried about faxing my papers to office, but now this app made it so easy and convenient for me and I can fax anytime I want. Am the happiest customer XOXO and I would definitely recommend this app to everyone.
