Good visualizer options

JPEW!

I enjoy this very much

Almost

Other than my visuals changing when I switch stations, it seems good. The settings won’t stop this either. It also doesn’t let you know what station you are listening to. I listen to several that are similar and I have no idea which ones are playing.

That sweet Winamp look

It's great to access on-phone music, Spotify, SoundCloud, internet radio, and podcasts all from the same app. There's soundscapes for sleeping and relaxing, and music visualizers straight out of 2004. I like how customizable everything is. Not as easy to navigate as the standalone Spotify app, but that's OK. This app does things right, worth it to buy the Full Spectrum bundle to support the devs and dig the sweet visualizers.

Top Notch

They got-me

Have used Tunr since it first came out and it’s visuals have made my listening to music more stimulating with a wide variety of light patterns pulsating to the music with no disruptions that take away from an almost induced state of complete enjoyment of sight and sound.

Great Visualizer, but...

I really do like this app... I remember using G-Force on the Mac, and it was wonderful; now that iTunes no longer allows 3rd party visualizers, the iPad is the only place I can use these, and they’re great; huge variety, beautifully done. Only reason for my 4 star rating is SUPPORT. I have contacted support once through “MESSAGE US” within the app, and once through the website; no response. I’ll continue to wait; they may be swamped with messages, just a matter of time. What I’m contacting them about is being able to have a Visual Pack stay with just one of its scenes, rather than cycling through all of them automatically. It would be nice to have this as an option. Otherwise... GREAT app; nobody does better music visualizers.

Gorgeous visualizations, superb portal to all my audio

I have been a HUGE fan of this company’s visualizations since I gladly paid for the pro version of G-Force for Windows many years ago. And now, I happily paid for the whole set of Tunr plugins for my iPad, because the visuals are simply that beautiful. I have begged the company (without success, frowny face) to bring Tunr to Android/AndroidTV... People, please: support great software development. Pay for the optional modules. These guys earned the money. The app has been perfectly well behaved for me, doing everything it is advertised to do without issues. It’s even better than Apple’s own music player in at least one way. The Apple app has been processing some of my “compilation” albums improperly, viewing each separate track as its own album. But Tunr doesn’t make that mistake—it sees the set of songs by unrelated artists as a single album whenever it’s supposed to. That’s important, because the trippy visuals pair so well with chillout/trance compilation disks, like my favorite Buddha-Bar and Ministry of Sound compilations. So, even when I’m listening with the screen off, I’d prefer to browse my albums on Tunr than in my iPad’s built in music app. And I’ve even taken to starting my Spotify sessions from this app.
