Can't use it to watch movies on Netflix,I get errors.

I got tunnel Bear so I could stream Amazon Prime while traveling in Mexico on my iPad and iPhone. Amazon recognizes that I have a vpn and will not stream any videos. When I go to the Tunnel Bear app and request help I get no response. I have friends with other vpns that stream perfectly. Hopefully I can get a refund!

Probably more useful than I know since I am in Vietnam,using open networks.Sometimes slows connectivity down when the signal is poor.Small price for peace of mind.

This app is extremely easy to use. There is a VPN icon in the upper left corner so you can tell if it’s running. It’s also easy to turn on and off if you don’t want to use it while steaming video on your home network. The free version has a limited amount use allowed so you might want to do this. You can get more for free by tweeting about the product. Additionally the bear is cute.

An app made of incompetency and neglect

**** EVERYONE! Please read this before use app ******* There is a big difference between security services Vs for example a TV service. No one see it as luxury figure or fun, mentality of customer springs around reliability and safety. I purchased a year subscription and just after few days app crashed and exposed my id and troubles happened. Now there’s no need for it. Even I asked to get money back (40$) now too depressed and bleeding to follow the case. The guys behind this service should have answers for questions below, before hurting people by their incompetency: 1- As a social responsibility, there’s no difference between intermittent and no service in security service 2- As software engineers app can not decide silently what to do when crashes 3- when you can’t fail safe yourself and stay stable how advertise to do it for people?
