Kicks me off internet completely. Have no idea why, but has been doing so for weeks. Needless to say I have not been using it.

It's been very helpful. I find myself at ease now knowing my neighbors can't hack into my router, or disturb my connection. It helps keep you from being paranoid of having everyone and their mother know your exact VPN location, YUCK. Regardless, I'm content.. I wish there was more data for users that can't afford the monthly plan right away. Thank You TunnelBear!

They offered me a free 7 day trial but day after day they send me links to ‘cut’ and ‘paste’ technical support documents. And now say they don’t do refunds. I have all their correspondence if you need it. After emailing them it takes way to long for them to get back to you. No 24/7 customer service of any kind. Service slows down all your devices to the point of non-working.... Stay away from them. Save your money, time and computers, tablets and phones from not working.

...Craigslist won't even work with it! I used IPVanish over a year and stopped it for Tunnel Bear because it was acting strange and slow too. Hey, if anyone ever finds a good VPN that doesn't slow to a crawl, let me know. Okay, 1/11/18: whew, it's gotten worse, slower. Think I'll cancel this and keep searching. iPVanish lasted me about two years, tunnelbear only a few months.
