It literally said 7.99 after free week and i pressed it well it charged right after and when I cancelled it, it still didn't give my money back and that fked up

Maybe ask for permission before charging me? I will not deal with this $8 charge for an app that’s useless as an 8 string guitar player. As soon as I opened this the app charged me the money without asking, if this is not refunded very soon we will have larger issues, you will anyway Thank you.

Business model relies on getting you in the free trial and then mercilessly billing you under your nose WEEKLY without any sort of warning or notification that the trial is over. Shady practice that you should not support.
A glitchy rip off

Be careful downloading this guitar tuner. It’s very glitchy and has a hard time tuning. It has to be constantly closed and reopened to work. That and the fact that they sign you up for a weekly subscription. $7.99 a week for a guitar tuner that works 50% of the time?! Wasn’t even aware of the subscription till I noticed the charge.

I haven’t even been using the app and didn’t sign up for premium but I keep getting charged and I can’t find a way to cancel it.

I got this app so I could use alternate tunings that guitar Tuna didn’t provide. Open up the app and you get to scroll through instructions on how to use the app. Approximately 6 days later when you’re done reading the instructions it’ll ask you to pay 8 bucks a week to use that crap. You don’t even get to see how it works without paying first. I’d rather go on YouTube and look up the tuning I need then waste my time with this.
