Can you hear the underlying patterns in your favorite songs? Tune Cruiser will put your musical abilities to the test! Import any of the songs on your computer or mobile device, find the beat, and tap your phone along with the rhythm to earn points. Tune Cruiser will change the way you listen to the tunes you've heard a hundred times before and get you hearing them in a whole new way.
Tune Cruiser uses the Echonest (http://www.echonest.com) music analysis API to find the underlying beats in any song you import. Once you start tapping, Tune Cruiser will let you know whether you're finding the song rhythm and your score will increase as you correctly tap along.
Use Facebook to post your best scores and challenge your friends. Tune Cruiser will enable you to discover all sorts of new music- view songs on your friends high score posts and go listen to them yourself. Then tap along!

NOTE FOR NEW USERS
- For best results use headphones.
- Import songs using the Import button. To import you will require internet, the better your connection the quicker the import!
- You will only need to import each song once.
- Facebook is required only for connecting with friends and posting scores. If you don't need these features then you don't need to use Facebook.

Make levels???

First of all, every time I try and invite my friends, it says error, can't invite. When I try and look at my score the program shuts down. Do you think you could make levels as well? It's a little too easy. Other then that its a great idea!

Couldn't import half of my songs. The songs it did import had long gaps in the music with NO tapping. Great idea but poorly executed.

What is the point? The taps seem random and you don't feel like you're playing along with the song. Not worth your time.

This app really just doesnt work for the iPad, if you have an iPad, i dont recommend wasting your time.

This app is not good. First of all it says it can't find any of my music... Then the beats it tells you to hit are the most random beats. Being a drummer this is particularly aggravating. Then after the song finished it kept going... To no music... Haha. Makes no sense.

I love the idea of being able to use your own song, but after playing a couple songs the game quickly became old. Add difficulty levels and this game will gain popularity!

The good the about this app is you can do any song you have. But it needs a difficulty button and the ability to have 2 or 3 buttons for the notes to come across almost like guitar hero
