Doesn’t Download Videos

This app does not download Tumblr videos which is the entire reason I downloaded the app and purchased diamonds. And the App Support link is nonexistent. Shouldn’t have an app on the App Store that does to work the way it says, and has no way of getting technical help or reporting technical issues. If it doesn’t do what it says, and a customer pays for it thinking it will then that’s a rip off.

I paid the 2.99 got confirmation that payment was successful but I’m still being asked to purchase diamonds. Why would you guys take my money and not give me the features I paid for! Pls fix or reimburse my money. Thanks!
Something wrong with the App

I just downloaded this app and it worked for only 4 downloads. After that I tried purchasing those “diamonds “. I only used 2 of my diamonds then the app stopped letting me download. I purchased the $9.99 diamond bundle but I can’t use my remaining diamonds. Be careful with this app. They need to correct some major errors.
