I paid and didn’t get access to anything!! CAN YALL PLEASE HELP WITH THIS ISSUE

I wanted to love this but I’m really upset, I just paid twice for the same subscription and it’s still not working!!! I’m really upset I hope I can get my money back every time I try and use the features I paid for, it says that I need to upgrade ?

I’m a bit annoyed that I just signed up for the upgrade and nothing has changed on the app. I’ve heard good things about tube buddy for the browser but I’m not impressed that I can’t use the upgrade I just paid for

I upgraded to unlock features and it gives me a new and exciting error message locking me out of what I paid for. The app is not optimized for iPad and is clunky. Can’t go into older videos at all. But all could be forgiven, except for taking my money for an upgrade and then not providing the services. That is straight up fraud. I never write reviews, but this time I had to. Listen to everyone saying they were ripped off, they are right.

I was logged in & it was working. Not anymore! All I get now is an error when trying to log in. I uninstalled the app & reinstalled it. Nothing worked not sure what to do now.

The app seems to be dealing with a few bugs. I can't rely on the validity of the information provided, which in turn defeats the point of the concept. Tighten up the bugs, and this will be a great tool! Almost their guys just tighten up the shot group, please.
