Does not do anything

App says “Error. Sorry, there was an error.” It is followed by a “Reload.” You touch “Reload,” and the screen refreshes, but nothing happens. [Update: tried again today. No error message. Just the logo displays then does nothing after that. Deleting.]

After successfully signing in, you still cannot watch any paid content. The second you try to watch anything it asks you to sign in again, and you end up in an infinite sign in loop, never leading to the app actually working.

The app stopped working completely. Are you guys going to fix it? It just automatically gives an error screen when it’s opened. Also would love a cast option whether to Apple TV or chrome cast...

The cell version of the app is okay because it allows you to fast forward / rewind / restart. (Not a great drag bar, but at least you’re able to do it.) The Apple TV version of the app is HORRIBLE You can’t rewind or fast forward an episode. Why? Who knows. If you try to restart or rewatch an episode on the app you’re not able to. It’ll start at the last 10 seconds of the episode. I can’t even tell Siri to restart, rewind, etc. she said “I can’t do that on this app” why? The episodes on auto-play don’t even go in order. It’ll go from episode 15 to episode 14... why? Plus why not take advantage of how popular Impractical Jokers is and put ALL of the seasons on streaming? You have to log-in with your provider anyway so what’s the difference in me setting my DVR to record compared to the easier way of just streaming it through your app and my provider. This app literally just doesn’t make sense in any aspect.

This app works 100% like suppose to,the app doesn't lag it doesnt make your phone frozen and its show are one of them and the one that’s my Favorite is the Comedy show “Impractical Jokers” #1comedy show

Great app, good layout. PLEASE ADD CHROME CASTING! I never watch anything on my devices I watch everything on chrome cast, I love all of Tru TV’s show but sadly cannot enjoy them on my tv, only my phone....

It looks nice and fancy and like it will work PERFECTLY but then after you login to your tv provider it said “GREAT ready to watch” and then when you click “watch now” it won’t let you watch it, it practically forgets you ever signed in.

This is a great app. I’m a big Practical Jokers fan, and I can easily watch episodes, navigate to live tv, etc. It looks sharp too.
