Technical errors cannot register passport

I tried this sad app on both my android phone and also my iPad and in both cases I was not able to register because it could not scan the passport properly without some problem! Please let me know when these issues are fixed because I would like to use the cashless payment at 7-Eleven

Scanner is terrible. I scanned it 23 times. Each and every it appeared perfect picture. However the app states: unable to read Waste of time!

ผมทำเรื่องรีฟัน ตั้งแต่เดือนที่แล้วตอนนี้เรื่องก็ยังไม่ถึงไหน แจ้ง 1240 ก็แล้วบอก รอกำลังเร่งให้ แล้วก็หาย คือตกลง ได้ตามเรื่องจริงไหม แล้วกว่าจะติดต่อแต่ละรอบได้ ไม่ต่ำกว่า 10นาที ใครจะใช้บริการคิดให้ดีๆนะครับ กว่าจะตามเรื่องแต่ละเรื่องได้ โคตรนาน

Half the time I tap verify now on the pop up nothing happens; it just goes away. Set a reminder to call to do it at 9am before work… call center doesn’t open till 10am. Really hope I don’t loose access to the app!

The App stopped working in my iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus after I downloaded its latest version 2 days ago. Called in Support at 1240 waited for almost 5 minutes, yet nobody picked up the phone; the chatbot is more helpless as it’s pre-programmed...
Your registration process does not work

I’ve tried to register 5 times already. I’m stuck on setting up my pin. Your process doesn’t allow me to add the last number. When I add the last number it directs me to the next screen. That’s why my pin doesn’t match. Please do more testing on this
