Great products and great help

Trek 1800c

I ordered from TrueFire for years and have always been very pleased. A while back I couldn’t figure out a computer problem related to a product and I sent an email within an hour I had a response. Then I wanted to know about taking lessons from one of the artists but had some questions. Again I received a response with the person telling me if I wrote my questions down they would contact the artist and then get back to me. I don’t think you can get better help.

It is so great to have as many great instructing musician at fingertip access 24/7. It is just that there are not enough hours in the day. Every aspect of whatever form or class of music you want to play is taught with precision and accuracy one could ever ask for. Hours of video instruction with scores in TAB and classic scoring plus backing track where you can slow it down for your own accuracy! If you don’t have it anywhere else you have it here!

Blues rock essentials is excellent. Lots for me to work on. Tonight I’m watching rock god Andy Timmons! Much better than the “jams” subscription I tried a few years ago. SP

I am an amateur, and I do love learning the riffs and leads that this course teaches.The chords and rhythm, and how to maneuver up and down the neck. But I would love to see complete song taught through the student form. Thank You, TrueFire for teaching me how to play, wished I had not waited till I was 50 to start playing such an amazing instrument. Thank to TrueFire I now pick the guitar instead of my seat!

Slow Loading of “My Courses”

The “My Courses” section loads very slowly when selected. I do have a lot of courses, but the last version (pre-4.0) loaded much faster. Thanks!

Overall Great, current version fail

Seriously, the overall platform and the recently, I’ve felt like the app was really a successful tool. So the current update was supposed to fix issues with freezing, which I never encountered. Until the update. Now the app is unusable, why? Because it’s freezing up! Well done!
