It's great to finally have this app downloaded on my phone, the thing is, it displays your current bill but I still don't have any breakdown of my usage for that specific bill on a previous month. I have tried checking the "WiFi Coverage", when I search for my location, it's showing that WiFi is in my area but what's going on? I have never been able to connect for over 5 months now! It didn't even show as an option when I search it on my phone! When I tried to chat from the app itself, it says "You will be served, you are in the 1th place" Seriously?????! Who the hell is your designer of this app? Shame on them! They can't even speak English! It's not 1th but it's 1st! You guys are ridiculous! Consult someone or hire a Copy Editor so that someone can review whatever text will be used on the app, you're funny as hell! So, I'm on the 1st queue, but did someone chat with me? No, never! I was just waiting for several hours and nothing happened. Watta waste of time!!! ???

For a while like a week this was awesome. Now every time I launch it it says the version has expired and to delete and replace with a newer version. Basically it's just broken

Basically a useless app. Just goes around in circles but never accomplishes anything. Now they even close their call center at night. Problem with your True Move H. Wait until tomorrow. 555

It is a great app. But the English version is quite erratic. Quite difficult to login. Poor service from so called True Service.

It doesn't support older version iOS. It makes my life more difficult when making a payment (can't use app for payment any more).
