The game was good at first, but now every time I try to play it, it will kick me out as soon as I have pressed start. I have tried reinstalling the game, but nothing has worked. I would love to play it again, so please try and fix this!

Normally I love these games, however every time I open the app and click start, the game crashes and closes the app. I’ve tried restarting my phone, updating my phone, uninstalling the game and reinstalling it. But nothing works. I can’t even click on the support button to get help with the issue because it just crashes the app. I have plenty of space on my phone, and I’m playing on a newer phone so I don’t see why there is a problem. Can a girl get some help here?

I purchased this game outright via BigFishGames app after reading reviews but I regret it & would like my $3 back… it opens, launches & lets me click Start… then it immediately closes. Everything is up to date & I’m a little more than annoyed
