I love this app it gives me a great analysis on what my skin is and what I can do to make it better. The only problem is that the rewards are not available. I have over 500 TrovePoints and I can’t put any of them to use. Please fix this. Thank You, Trove User

I was somewhat expecting the evaluation to come along with daily recommendations maybe based off of weather or the problems noticed but it doesn’t. The evaluation will tell you your problem areas but won’t provide suggestions on how to fix those. The product uploading is weird since there is no database. You can upload your skincare routine and products but must screenshot products and their ingredient lists yourself. And logging these products also takes a very long time. Since I’m busy and have an allotted amount of time in my morning scheduled for skincare the matter that everything with this app is incredibly slow really disrupts this. The skin evaluation takes a very long time to occur between the evaluation and uploading it usually takes five minutes. To upload your skincare routine every single day or twice a day you must snap a picture of your products and then wait the painful amount of time it takes the app to “save” it. For someone that has a number of products in their arsenal that doesn’t change much, this is a time waster. Why can’t I just use the product information uploaded form two days ago? Overall it’s just okay. It’s good for logging daily selfies and your skincare routine. But it doesn’t do anything other than serve as a time consuming database as far as I can tell. Just due to the slowness issues I’m not sure that I’ll keep using the app; his is eating up way too much of my time waiting for scans, evaluations, and simply saving skincare routine products. It may be good for a longevity view of your skin, routine and how it has impacted your skin, as well as comparisons.

I like this app but the analysis of skin needs to be more consistent. I can take photos two minutes apart and get different results. My skin score also doesn’t seem great but I keep scoring in the top 10% of users my age—which is what group? How many people? And the articles are nice but I’m not sure who wrote them. Not professionals.

I used to have this on my Galaxy and it worked great. Everything else works fine, but the skin analysis doesn’t.
