If archive mail it comes back every five minutes, archive again, repeat. It’s very annoying.

Great features but unreliable

take it or leave it...

I was kicked out two days ago and now get a generic error any time I try to reconfigure my Gmail account. I love the features - hate the headache.

Great concept but has some major bugs. As others have noted they do not respond to support requests so use at your own risk. Also like others I have found that I have to reauthenticate often. In addition, it seems that deleting email happens one by one instead of in batches so if you try to delete many emails at once you get errors from, e.g. google, saying that you have exceeded the request limit. Also the interface is really slow and does not prefetch the emails as you scroll so you’re constantly waiting for your inboxes to load as you browse earlier emails.

There are bizarre authentication issues at least using Gmail & Google Apps accounts. I can’t speak to other email service providers. I love the app, but can’t stand being unable to access email for whole days at a time. My experience has been overwhelmingly positive otherwise — I rely heavily on bulk archiving with a single swipe, easily my favorite & most used feature! It’s essential for quickly triaging my busy inbox, and the “important” or not algorithm learns quickly and well. If only I weren’t locked out of my inbox for days at a time in the app :( This has happened 3 times now in the past couple months, and it’s incredibly frustrating — the app remembers my accounts, but has me authorize them over and over, giving a vague “not responding” error. The result is I get notifications but can’t read any mail. Unacceptable, especially for multiple days.

Great app. But today, opened it and suddenly all my accounts are gone. I have to add them again.

Removing emails, and archive folder

So I had three email accounts on Trove and wanted to remove two of them. I couldn’t figure out how and the app kept asking me to resign in or something. And it would be great if we could just delete those dull emails instead of archiving them. Archiving is just a large folder of emails I don’t want that I can’t delete.

Bug that makes you reauthenticate every week

I'm giving this a 1 until they can fix the bug that is forcing me to reauthenticate every time trove has an update. Ita like a full uninstall then reinstall happens. When you have multiple accounts, all with 2fa, this is a huge pain. And wastes a ton of data unnecessarily. Boooooo

Best email App

This is the best email app on the App Store in my opinion. I’ve tried many. I manage my personal Gmail and my work Outlook account all from this app. The one touch deleting for spam is amazing, could never go back

This email application has some issues running on iOS 11.2.5 X MODEL. GUI email list appearance shifts about and displays a white bottom half as of the emails are being shuffled in a new sorting order upon every use. It hangs when scrolling as well. Upon opening an email, there was no way to get back to inbox / message view. The delete key nor any soft button work other than the reply menu. I think it needs some work to smooth things out and make it solid. I cannot use this as my to go to app as it is just not there yet on that pro level.
