Twice tonight I have won and gotten up to over 10 million chips and the. The game resets and says “it looks like you have played on new device so we restored your progress” and puts me back down 5 levels and down to 1 million chips...

App has been great until your latest 9/28 update. Now on my iPhone 7 plus the app simply will not open. Fix it and I will give you five stars like the app deserves. I deleted and reinstalled. Everything ok now. Many people on line though complaining. Get the word out! Now not working again Ok working again. Work out the bugs before updating!!!!!
Great game but 1 MAJOR PROBLEM

It's a great game. I even spend $20 in real money every month. BUT!!!! I've gotten a royal flush 3 times and EVERY TIME THE APP CRASHED & I DID NOT GET MY WINNINGS. It also happens for other big pay outs. Please fix this problem. Loyal people that spend actual money should never have to deal with this BS. It makes me feel like I'm wasting my time money & that I'm being cheated.
