The game was fun to play, at first and until level 50. I am on level 109 now and I must say I am disappointed and upset. There are too many players to get one of the bingos that are available (over 50 players for 10 bingo or worse odds). Then you have to use too many gems to play, the reward you get every three hours isn't enough to play a round. Another issue I am having is the possibility of continuing the game after all the bingos have been called. You want to keep playing because you are soooo close to getting that bingo you need. The amount of the jewels needed is insane (285) and if you want to continue again it's over 650 jewels in addition to the 50+ and then 285 you have already spend. So in one game you can, and will, use up almost 1,000 jewels when you are only getting about 90 free ones every three hours. That's insane. Buying those gems is good but not when you use them up so fast. The roulette game to win free stuff is bogus too. There's a chance to win 1,000 jewels but I never won more than 50, but most are 5 or 10. And since the latest update, just a few days ago, my game locks up every time in the first 2 minutes playing. It's frozen and the only way to unfreeze is to close the app and click back in and try again. Unlucky me, it happened numerous times. You lost all the jewels you used to play the game, of course. I went through most of my jewels that way and have to wait for the free ones and collect them to be able to play another round. It's really bad playing that way and I refuse to pay even more money than I already have. Fix the game by making it cheaper to play and don't fix anything when it's not broken. The update messed more up than it did good. I hate the game now. Not sure if I want to continue playing... Update 9-30-17 Still playing but not paying. Using the free jewels every three hours to add to my stash. I have over 36,000 right now which I need to play the game since it’s so expensive to play. I guess I can play about 10 rounds of I don’t go crazy trying to win bingos. The game hasn’t updated in a very long time. Which is fine I can get more jewels for when I can play. But in the last two or three days the screen turns black when I try to log in. I can’t do anything at all. So I tried to contact the developer through the App Store and guess what? I got a notification that the site was not secure and my personal information and financial info could be compromised if I continued. Of course I don’t want that to happen. Now there is no way to either play or contact the developer that there is a problem with the app. This is crazy! Zero stars would be more appropriated!! ? Don’t the developers look at the reviews to see what they can do better or if there’s a problem? ?

Since I did the last update on my iPhone, I can’t get the game to open. I played the game every night & loved it. What’s up?

I love this game but since I did my last Apple update, I have not been able to open it on my I Pad. I tried deleting the icon and reinstalling it but it still does not work . Perhaps you can update the game.

Same as the others.... love this game, have spent good money to refill my diamonds and cupcakes. Now after the latest iPhone update.... only get a black screen when I open the app

This the latest update with apple I downloaded your game and it won’t let me in. I push on trophy bingo and I see the picture of the dogs and then the screen goes black. Please fix this and so I can play this game

I have tried to open this app on my iPhone and iPad but on both they will not load. I open them and it just gives me a black screen.
