How to reset password

I want to reset my password from the account I had with the old Sploofus site but the app does not have that option. Help!
A Step Back but Shows Potential

Trivia Hub has taken over the old Sploofus site and its far inferior. Hub has incorporated all the stats from your previous Sploofus profile which is a good thing for those of us who’ve been playing for years and years. But that’s about it for the good. The graphics are nonexistent and the menus are confusing at first. There are no longer the Top Ten high scores listed for each game. The whole site is done in a boring gray color that lulls you to sleep after a few games. No pizzaz equals no fun. Update - Trivia Hub has now added a little color to their site and its now more visually pleasing. I still would like to see the Top Ten scorers for each quiz displayed like Sploofus used to do but that’s just me. I think the team is slowly getting there so who knows what’s in store.

I use this much more than I ever used the previous site! It’s easy to navigate and has good questions. Very good!

I love this ap, and play it daily. I was a huge fan of Sploofus, and was delighted when it was returned via this ap! The categories are generous, and it's fun to play. Thank you for a great ap!

Won't load

I installed on my iPad four and the app wouldn't load until I restarted. Now when I try to sign up for a new account I enter a username, email address, password and all it says is unclaimed sploophus account and it won't go further.
